We want you to love your bashful piece as much as we do.

If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch at bashful.shop@outlook.com with your order number and a brief description of your request.

As our pieces are made to order, please review the product details, measurements and colour options carefully before placing your order.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our return policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us so we can help make things right.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, email bashful.shop@outlook.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees related to a return will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for local import regulations.

Bashful is not liable for orders marked as delivered or for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect shipping details. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.
