bashful is an independent outerwear label registered in a free zone in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Products & Availability
Our collections consist primarily of made-to-order outerwear, with production beginning after an order has been placed and accepted.
We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture and appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting and the natural characteristics of materials.
Please check the garment measurements before ordering, as sizing may differ from standard EU/US sizing.
Product availability is subject to confirmation. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.
3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected items.
You will receive an order acknowledgement following checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the purchased goods.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be disclosed before payment.
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to decline orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues or product unavailability.
4. Made-to-Order Production
Our pieces are made to order, meaning production begins specifically for each confirmed purchase.
We kindly ask customers to review all product details, measurements and colour selections before ordering.
If you wish to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights applicable to your purchase remain unaffected.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for production and delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. Most orders may arrive sooner.
We use specialised international shipping arrangements designed to minimise unexpected import charges. These routes may occasionally take longer than conventional shipping.
Any applicable delivery charges, taxes and import responsibilities will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and the information provided at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Once available, tracking details will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
We want every bashful piece to arrive exactly as expected.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our published Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Where an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from its description, customers retain all remedies required by applicable law.

We aim to use shipping methods that reduce additional charges for customers wherever possible.
